PURPOSE:To prevent a deterioration of transistor caused by reverse current by a method wherein a diode is connected to a transistor and a control winding in parallel and reverse current is biased. CONSTITUTION:A capacitor 6 is connected to a main winding 3 in parallel and a diode 12 is connected to a transistor 4 and a control winding 5 in parallel and with reverse polarity to the transistor 4. When the transistor 4 is turned ON, the capacitor 6 is charged and after completing the charge of the capacitor 6, electric charge is discharged through the main winding 3 to decrease collector electric potential and becomes zero. Next, when the charge of the capacitor 6 is turned to the reverse direction, a reverse current flows from the main winding 3 through a capacitor 11 or a DC power supply 1 and the reverse current is returned to the main winding 3 through the diode 12 to prevent the reverse current from flowing into the transistor 4. |
