PURPOSE:To independently scan out each from plural systems, by providing a multiscanning device for holding plural scanning-out data, and selecting and outputting them in order, in a unit of a multisystem configuration. CONSTITUTION:Plural scanning address registers SAR3 and scanning data registers SDR4 corresponding to each of them constitute an interface for multiscanning to a unit 1. A counter 7, a multiplexer MX5, a demultiplexer DMX6 and a scanning-out circuit 2 are provided in a scanning-out control circuit 8, and the MX5 and the DMX6 select in order the corresponding SAR3 and SDR4 by an output of the counter 7. In this way, even in case of a multisystem configuration which has been incapable of scanning out to a unit of other system, direct scanning-out to a unit of other system can be executed. |
