PURPOSE:To manufacture thin type metallic material parts efficiently and precisely by punching parts in a required shape firstly and by forming a plastic material at some part of said pushed parts as one body by extrusion secondarily. CONSTITUTION:After parts are punched in a required shape, a plastic material (urea resin, etc.) is extruded to the tip parts of a daily jumper body 12 which has no jumper part and uses a thin-plate metallic material, thus forming a jumper part 13 and a slide surface 14. The jumper part 13 provided extremely hard fixation by the round-tip part 12 of the daily jumper body 12, and the enough shape of the jumper lever is formed. The daily jumper body and jumper part reduce the friction of the slide part greatly, and thin type metallic material parts are manufactured efficiently and precisely. |
