EXTRA LENGTH STORING DEVICE OF OPTICAL FIBER

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a connection part and to increase the efficiency of the storing work, by providing a box to store a storing cassette. CONSTITUTION:Optical fiber core wires 4 and 5 provided around an tension wire 21 are connected to each other, and then the front face 8 of a transparent plastic storing cassette 1 is opened. Then a connection part 6 is put and fixed between a fixing bar 2 for connection part and an upper wall 3. The wires 4 and 5 are put through holes 16 and 17 and detained to detaining bars 7 and 10 respectively. In case when the extra length of the wire is long, the wire is coiled several times into the cassette. Such cassette is stored and fixed into a cassette storing box 20. As a result, the damage is prevented for the connection part to increase the working efficiency of storage.
