The deflection yoke used for the picture tube of the T.V. receiver prevents the up and the low rasters from generating the distortion curve at the wide angle deflection. The deflection yoke(1) is composed of a pair of horizontal deflection coils(2), the trumpet-shaped core(3), the toroidal wound vertical coil(4) and the separator(5) which insulates the gap between the vertical & the horizontal deflection coils. When the horizontal deflection coil is sended an electric current near side of the picture tube, the winding distribution of the deflection yoke generates the thread-shpae deflection to compensate the distorted curve of the up and down thread-shape winding.
