摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To save the wasteful consumption of electric power and fuel used for a driving power source as far as possible by transmitting the signal detected in a detecting part of a dissolved oxygen measuring device and transmitted from a transmission part to a variable speed device and controlling the number of revolutions of a prime mover immediately. CONSTITUTION:The signal measured with the test water in a well chamber 12 at a detection part 2 is conducted to a conversion part 3, by which the dissolved oxygen amt. in the activated sludge in an aeration vessel 5 is indicated. This input is conducted to a transmission part 4 which feeds this to a variable speed device 7, where the required number of revolutions is properly changed, and this is transmitted to a prime mover 6. According to the speed change signal thereof, the number of revolutions of the prime mover 6 is increased and decreased and this number of revolutions is transmitted to a blower 8, which blasts a required amt. of air through an air feed pipe and an air diffusion pipe into the vessel 5. In order to obtain the rate of blast for maintaining the preset dissolved oxygen concn. in the vessel 5, the number of revolutions is changed by the device 7 and is fed to the blower 8.</p>
