<p>The automatic shut-off is for a pipe line for pneumatically emptying bulk goods pressure containers, esp. where these operate with changing pressures, as in the case of tanker vehicles. The fall in pressure per unit of time is used to operate the shut-off valve and this is actuated by a membrane with or without the use of an electric switch. The delay in operating the air pressure valve may be adusted by altering the throttle effect in the air pipe line to the membrane housing.</p> |
