PURPOSE:To control the vibration during a transition period and at the same time to reduce the time of setting, by fixing the output of a control part at the extreme value at the moment when the differential amount during the fluctuation of the load exceeds the 1st set value and then releasing the fixture of the extreme value at the moment when the differential amount passes through the 2nd set value. CONSTITUTION:The deviation TER between the target value TUP and a process variable signal TWO that is obtained at an input stage of a control part 1 is supplied to each arithmetic part of proportion 2, integration 3 and differentiation 4 respectively. A selection part 8 fixes the output of the part 1 at TCmax and TCmin with the positive and negative value respectively at the moment when the value of the result VTD of differential arithmetic exceeds the levels corresponding to the positive and negative values respectively. Then the fixture is released for the output of the part 1 at the moment when the result VTD crosses the 2nd set value VS2 corresponding to the positive and negative values. Thus the ordinary PID control is carried out. As a result, the large vibration is reduced down to just one time for the reply of a subject of control to reduce the time of setting. |
