A mode coupler (MK) of square-section waveguide connected to the horn (A) derives a reference signal from the received beacon signal, and produces two error signals corresp. to the offset of the antenna in azimuth and elevation. These error signals whose phase alternates between zero and 180 deg. are switched in succession by a first circulator (Z1) to the input of a second circulator (Z2). The output of the second circulator is applied to a coupler (K) directly and by a short-circuit line (L) which reverses the phase. External triggers (TS) from a calculator reverse the direction of rotation of both circulators. The coupler (K) combines the error signals with the beacon reference by time-multiplexing to a demodulator (D) which produces the antenna orientation servomotor control signal (S).
