PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a center file data, by checking a center resources utilization competency of a terminal user. CONSTITUTION:An end user generates a request signal for accessing problem analytic programs A-D of a center (processing device) 2 side or a data stored in a file device 6, from a terminal equipment 1. This request signal is received by a terminal request receiving part 4 through a terminal control part 3. A terminal discriminating and processing part 5 discriminates whether the end user has a center utilization competency or not, detaches a terminal user who has no competency, and allows only a terminal user who has competency to utilize the center resources. Accordingly, leakage of an important data of the center side is prevented. |
