PURPOSE:To change orientation while obsering a highly magnified image, by showing a present diffraction pattern on a display unit and instructing desired orientation. CONSTITUTION:The electrical current flowing to a drive section 22 or the voltage applied thereto is regulated by a revolution speed control section 21. Turing on and off and the direction of rotation are controlled by a foot switch 23. An A/D converter 25 changes a voltage into a digital signal, which is entered into a control calculator 26. A D/A converter 27 changes the digital output of the control calculator 26 into an analogue voltage to rotate the motor of the drive section 22. A diffraction image on a display unit 28 is displaced to coincide with that on a fluorescent plate. After that, the destination of the displacement is instructed on the display unit 28 by a light pen or the like. As a result, the direction and angle of rotation can be easily calculated. |
