<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the rotary device having very stable signal transmitting characteristics between rotary transformers by a method wherein the surface opposing to the rotary transformers including coil grooves is coated with ultraviolet-set resin, and the grooves having varied widths and depths toward the circumferential direction from the center of the rotary transformers are formed. CONSTITUTION:The shallow grooves 21, provided on the rotating side core 6 or the fixed side core 7 of rotary transformers, are formed in such a manner that they are becoming larger in size toward the outer circumference from the center of the rotary transformers. Accordingly, the lubricational fluid filled up on the surface opposing to the rotating side core 6 and the fixed side core 7 of the rotary transformers is pressure-fed in the shallow grooves 21 toward the center of the rotary transformers, and as a result, a dynamic pressure fluid thrust bearing 17S is formed. Also, the shallow grooves 21 are formed by coating an ultraviolet-set resin layer 20 on the surface opposing to the rotating side core 6 or the fixing side core 7 of the rotary transformers, quartz glass 22 is closely fixed to the surface where ultraviolet-set resin layer 20 was coated, and ultraviolet rays are irradiated thereon.</p> |
