<p>Muscle exercising apparatus of the type in which a horizontal exercise bar guided along vertical uprights of a crossbar and stand assembly develops a vertical counterforce opposing the effort of the user, the said counterforce being produced by mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical means, the apparatus being characterised in that the systems for guiding the said bar along the vertical uprights simultaneously ensure its vertical sliding, its axial holding, its capability of rotating on itself and its securing, as desired, to an ascending connection or a descending connection at the said counterforce. <IMAGE></p> |
