PURPOSE:To make it possible to monitor the inclination of the pillar shaped body at all times, by suspending a metallic weight so as to face a conductive ring provided at the bottom of a cylindrical body which is attached to the pillar-shaped body, and electrically sensing the contact of the conductive ring and the metallic weight. CONSTITUTION:The conductive ring 8 is attached to the bottom of the inside of a cylindrical case 7, and a bottom plate 9 comprising a transparent plate on which crossing index lines 10 are marked is placed on the bottom surface. A bolt 5 is pierced through an insulating cap 6 at the top of the case 7. The metallic weight 13 is suspended from a fixed terminal 12 by way of a chain 12 so that the weight can be freely moved and faces the conductive ring 8. The other end of the bolt 5 is engaged with a ball nut 4. An attaching member 2d is held by screw plates 2e and 2f together with a ball 2g whose size is the same as the ball nut 4. With the attaching member 2d as an arm, it is fixed to the pillar-shaped body. Lead wires 15 and 14 are taken out of the fixed terminal 11 and the conductive ring 8. The long jig 36 which suspends a weight 37 having the similar structure is attached to a sensor 3 by a clip 31, and the sensor 3 is accurately set. Thus the displacement of many pillar-shaped bodies can be always monitored. |
