The rotary friction motor uses no external energy and is driven by the imbalance of certain constituent components. It can have a stator and rotor, with the latter having a hub with a connecting rod, cylinder and output shaft driving a force multiplier. The stator has three identical vanes which define a helical spiral forming the friction paths. The friction paths to provide energy are, at an angle less than those of the working output. The motor will not function unless the support is exactly horizontal.
|
