<p>The pipe for floor heating has protrusions or recesses formed on the outside (2). These can be in the form of spikes, or ribs (3). In the latter case they run axially, in the peripheral direction, or in spirals, and with V-shaped notches in them at intervals. They can be formed on the pipe, and can be hollow. The design gives a better degree of heat transfer between the pipes and the plaster etc., in which they are laid.</p> |
