PURPOSE:To perform measurement without lengthening a cycle time of a continuous machining line by comparing and measuring a work by air pressure in a short time with the work being transferred. CONSTITUTION:When the work is placed at a specified position of a reference plate 4 to be measured, a solenoid valve 10 is actuated by the operation of a limit switch 4. Air is delivered from air delivery ports 4a to the back surface of each leg of the work. If the back surface of the leg of the work is flat, each pressure switch 6 is operated. If the back surface of the leg of the work is not flat, the pressure switch 6 is not operated and warning is issued from warning devices 6a and 6b. |
