PURPOSE:To facilitate automation for the manufacturing process, by applying an electrode pattern having no vertical and horizontal directivity on both surfaces of a ceramic substrate and thus securing connection of input and output terminals in any angle. CONSTITUTION:An input/output electrode of an optional pattern having no vertical and horizontal directivity is provided on both surfaces of a ceramic substrate. At the same time, an earth electrode having a check pattern is added to the rear side of the ceramic substrate. As a result, the input and output terminals can be connected in any angle to facilitate easy automation for the manufacturing process. |
