PURPOSE:To prevent the dripping and leakage of an organic insulator among layers by a method wherein a mold is mounted to a blank coil formed outside a no-cut type wound core consisting of an amorphous magnetic steel band, the parting face of the mold is hermetically sealed, and the organic insulator is injected into the mold and heated and cured. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic steel band 1 is wound to shape a no-cut type wound core 2, rust preventives are applied onto an outer surface and a winding is wound, holding a nonwoven fabric 3 among layers on the outside, and a blank coil 4 is formed outside the wound core 2. A mold 6 in which a core 5 for the blank coil 4 constitutes one part of the mold is set up to the blank coil 4, and the parting face 6a of the mold 6 is hermetically sealed. The whole is introduced into a base 7a for a vacuum casting tank 7, an organic insulator 8 is injected into the mold 6 under the state of decompression, pressure is returned, sections among layers in the blank coil 4 are impregnated with the organic insulator 8, and the organic insulator 8 is cured in a heating furnace. Accordingly, the organic insulator 8 is not leaked from the mold 6, and is not dropped and leaked from the sections among layers in the blank coil 4.
