发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR STRESS OF ELECTRICAL INSULATION FILM WIRE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily measure a stress applied to an electric wire, by a method wherein an electric component, wherearound the wire applied with an electric insulation film is wound, is immersed in an organic solvent, and after a given time has elapsed, the wire is taken out and rewound to count the number of cracks produced in the film. CONSTITUTION:An electric component, wherearound an electric wire applied with polyvinyl polymer as an electric insulation film is wound, is immersed in ethylene used as an organic solvent. After the electric component is immersed in ethylalcohol for a given period of time, for example, 30sec, it is taken out and the enamelled wire so wound is rewound to count the number of cracks, produced in the film, at each unit lenght of the enamelled wire using a microscope and the like. Like this, the wire applied with the electric insulation film is immersed in the organic solvent to count the number of cracks produced in the film, and this suffices to achieve the purpose, which results in enabling to perform an easy measurement of a stress applied to the wire.
