PURPOSE:To easily extend a wire electrode through a die without the necessity for removing a nozzle or die, by forming the machining liquid jet nozzle vertically movable for a die holder. CONSTITUTION:A machining liquid jet nozzle 41 is fitted to a die holder 51, and a sliding groove 52 is provided in the side of said die holder 51, then pins 42 equipped to the before said nozzle 41 are partially inserted into said groove 52, thus said nozzle 41 is in a vertically movable state for the die holder 51. The numeral 31 in the drawing shows a die, which guides a wire electrode 1 and is provided with a groove 34 in its side for machining liquid to pass through then mounted to the end of a part 32 directly guiding the wire electrode 1. The numeral 71 is a tubular power feed contactor and 61 a retainer for fixing the die 31 to the tapered part of the die holder 51. |
