The present invention relates to a terminal and a method for managing assets using a text message. The present invention includes a communications unit which receives a text message; a storage unit which stores the text message which is received in the communications unit; a reading unit which reads a credit card usage history and an account deposit/withdrawal history from the text message stored in the storage unit; a display unit which displays the text message which is received in the communications unit, the credit card usage history and the account deposit/withdrawal history which are read in the reading unit; and a control unit which controls an asset management function which is related to a credit card usage performance by using the credit card usage history and the account deposit/withdrawal history which are read in the reading unit. |
