PURPOSE:To form a reinforced synthetic resin product having large rigidity and strength and excellent external appearance by laminating thermoplastic synthetic resin layer on a thermoplastic synthetic resin layer containing filler by using two-layer extrusion method. CONSTITUTION:An opening 3 of the first extrusion nozzle 4 and an opening 13 of the second extrusion nozzle 14 are formed concentrically circularly and obliquely in an axial direction of a core metal 2 as a center at the extrusion end face of an extrusion molding die 1. Resin composition mixed with filler such as glass fiber in thermoplastic resin (olefin resin, acrylonitrile resin) is extruded from the first nozzle 4 by using the die 1, thermoplastic resin (preferably the same resin as above) is extruded from the second nozzle 14, and a synthetic resin product consisting of a product base 21 and the surface layer 22 thereof are formed (a metallic film 23 may be formed thereon). |
