PURPOSE:To keep constant the phase relation between subcarrier and horizontal synchronizing signal at all times, by frequency-dividing a reference signal of specific frequency with a counter operated with a suitable phase. CONSTITUTION:An output signal of a horizontal oscillator 7 is frequency-divided to 1/4 at a counter 8 and a subcarrier signal is obtained via a filter 9. On the other hand, the output signal of a quartz oscillator 7 is frequency-divided to 1/5 at a counter 10 to be 182 fH and to 1/182 at a counter 11 and H. SYNC is produced from a SYNC generating section 12. To set the H, SYNC, 1/5 frequency-division of the subcarrier at a counter 13 and 1/91 frequency-division at a counter 14 are produced as set pulses, and 1/5 count of the counter 10 and 1/182 count of the count 11 are set, allowing to keep constant the phase relation between the H. SYNC and the subcarrier signal. |
