PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of strength value of a rotary shaft system by providing a damping mechanism on a fixed shaft and providing an anisotropy of bending rigidity of the fixed shaft. CONSTITUTION:A fixed shaft 5 is connected to the static side 7 through a springdamper element 8. The damper is a friction damper, and the spring is a spring having different supporting rigidity in x-direction and y-direction. Thus, the oscillation can be reduced greatly and the reliability of strength value of a rotary system is improved by providing a damping mechanism on the fixed shaft 5 and providing an anisotropy of bending rigidity of the fixed shaft 5. |
