PURPOSE:To compensate a variance to make the operating point constant, by providing a compensating circuit for current amplification factor in a load circuit. CONSTITUTION:A PnP transistor Q9 constituting a compensating circuit CPS for current amplification factor is connected to a load circuit L. Since the transistor Q9 is inserted to the side of a diode Q1 in this circuit, a base current I2 which tries to flow from the side of a transistor Q2 to the side of a transistor Q4 is returned as the base current I2 of the transistor Q9 to the side of a transistor Q3. As the result, currents flowed to collectors of transistors Q3 and Q4 become I1 together and are constant independently of hFE of transistors Q1 and Q2. |
