The motor or pump has its cylinders in barrel formation. The piston (3) axial forces are held by a base sphere (18). The only crankshaft (13) obliquity is between two coaxial bearings, one on the shaft and one in a counterweight opening. This counterweight turns a cylindrical coaxial shaft (9) fixed to the cylinders. The coaxial shaft has an opening (16) and it is crossed by an axial shaft (11) driven in rotation by the counterweight arm. The thrust socket (17) of the movement changing crank is in the centre of a transverse part perpendicular to a line connecting the socket and ball.
