PURPOSE:To improve the picture quality of a specimem image by performing the Fourier conversion on the microscopic image of a specimem while performing the counter-Fourier conversion on the data in the quite limited area near the peak of said spectrum thereby removing the unnecessary information contained in the image. CONSTITUTION:The microscopic image of a specimen having the perodic structure is picture imaged and Fourier convrted through a computor then the signal in the vibration range d1-d3 near the peaks 1, 2, 3 of said spectrum is taken out. In other word the image (X, Y) is Fourier converted to obtain the space vibration spectrum image (xsi, eta) and to obtain the spectrum product of saud spectrum image and the preset modulation function. Then said spectrum product is counter-Fourier converted to obtain a more complete correction image. When selecting the data in the vibration range D1-D3 the relatively incomplete correction image is obtained. In such a manner the unnecessary information contained in the picture image is removed resulting in the improvement of the image quality of the specimen image. |
