PURPOSE:To improve driving characteristics without deteriorating a stretch of a bubble at a bubble stretch detection part, by providing the pattern of a conductor layer at the detection part with an array of holes. CONSTITUTION:The 1st conductor layer is provided with a pattern 31 similar for that of a transmission line, and the 2nd conductor layer is provided with a pattern 32. Transferred bubbles are transferred to a stretch detection part 8. The detection part 8 has thin and long patterns 8-1 and 8-2, increasing in length gradually, nearly perpendicular to a transfer part 7, and bubbles are stretched and detected through those patterns. The patterns 8-1 and 8-2 have an array of holes (a)-(e), etc. As a result, the convergence of a magnetic field on the terminal part of the pattern hole array is reduced to improve the extension of the magnetic field gradient in a bubble transfer direction. |
