PURPOSE:To obtain precise flow control in an oiling device by ejecting oil through a nozzle toward an object to be oiled after giving a displacement to a wall of oil pressure chamber by means of an electric-mechanical converting means. CONSTITUTION:A piezoelectric element 8 shrinks if the element 8 is impressed by a positive voltage pulse sent from a control circuit through an upper electrode 9 as well as a lower electrode 7. The deformation of the piezoelectric element 8 causes the deflection of a vibrating diaphragm 6. It increases the liquid pressure in a pressure chamber 5, which ejects an oil drop 15 through a nozzle 10. If the voltage impression to the element 8 is suspended, the element 8 returns to the original shape, in which the nozzle 10 is filled with oil owing to capillary effect. |
