PURPOSE:To obtain equivalent or higher insulating characteristics of a winding in a slot even without varnish impregnation treatment by interposing a prepreg insulating member between the winding and the wall of the slot of a core and heating it to integrally cure the member. CONSTITUTION:When a winding 5 is inserted into the slot 2 of a core, a prepreg insulating member 9 is interposed between the winding 5 and the wall of the slot and between the windings 5 as well as between the winding and a wedge 8. The member is filled in a heating furnace and is heated to once melt the uncured resin of the member 9 and to bury the small gaps, and then the resin is cured integrally. |
