摘要 In the case of a method for producing an electrical connecting element from an elongated core (which is, in particular, in the form of a rod (bar or cord)) consisting of an electrically insulating rubber-like material with an axial sequence of radial annular conductor-strip zones, a strip consisting of a plastic film (which has conductor strips consisting of an electrically conductive material on one side) is fitted in the longitudinal direction into a tubular moulding cavity in such a manner that the conductor strips which are arranged on the film lie radially internally, the film strip itself assuming a tubular or hose-shaped configuration when it is introduced into the tubular moulding cavity of the mould, and its outer surface resting directly against the inner wall surface of the tubular moulding cavity, and the filmstrip being brought into contact with the surface of the core in the moulding cavity such that the conductor strips (which are applied especially by printing onto the surface of the film strip) are transferred onto the surface of the core and are bonded thereto or therein, the conductor strips forming rings around the core, which rings are located radially and are at least essentially closed in each case. In this case, both a pre-formed rubber-like material in the form of a rod or cord can be used as the core and a moulding compound which can flow or is fluid can be used to produce the core, which moulding compound is not crosslinked to form the core until it is in the moulding cavity or is solidified by cooling, it being possible to carry out this forming of the core in the moulding cavity continuously or discontinuously. Especially during forming of the core in the moulding cavity within the space which is formed by the carrier film, an electrical connecting piece is obtained after the carrier film has been pulled off the solidified core, which electrical connecting piece has an absolutely smooth outer surface and in the case of which the alternating conductor regions and insulator regions are thus completely coplanar.
