PURPOSE:To obtain a clear picture by using high magnetic single-component toner which is so controlled with regard to its static electricity so as to make a toner potential the same polarity with a developed electrostatic charge image, when a magnetic toner carrier or magnet roll is turned without any electrostatic charge image. CONSTITUTION:High magnetic single-component toner is manufactured which is so controlled with regard to static electricity that when individual rotations, number of revolution and rotation directions for a developer carrier and a magnet rolll are different or when those for both the carrier and magnet roll are different. In both the cases, potential having the same polarity are generated and have the same polarity with a developed electrostatic charge image. As an static-electricity control agent, dye, such as solvent black 23 for positive charging and acid black 23 for negative charging, is used and toner obtained by mixing binding resin and magnetic powder is used. A photoreceptor uses a photoconducor, such as Se as a material to be charged positively and CdS as that to be charged negatively charging. Thus, a high-quality picture free from white-ground contamination and a scatter of toner at the circumference of the picture is obtained. |
