PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of thermal deformation of a case during welding as well as a leakage of refrigerant without fail by welding a guide pipe to a connecting pipe insertion hole of a case in advance. CONSTITUTION:A guide pipe 13 is brazed to a case 1 with silver solder 14 for example before compression elements such as a cylinder housing 2 are built in the case 1. A connecting pipe 15 is inserted into a refrigerant suction hole 6 of the cylinder housing 2 through the guide pipe 13. A ring-shaped bank 16 is formed near the end projecting outside of the case 1 of the connecting pipe 15. As the guide pipe 13 is soldered to the case 1 to allow a communication between the outside and inside of the case 1 before the pressure element such as the cylinder housing 2, etc., are stored and fastened inside the case 1, the generation of thermal deformation of the case 1 can be prevented. At the same time, this construction allows each connecting part- the connection between the case 1 and the guide pipe 13 and the connection between the guide pipe 13 and the connecting pipe 15 and the connecting pipe 15 and the suction pipe 10 to be easily connected with welding and prevents the generation of refrigerant leak without fail. |
