PURPOSE:To improve the reproducibility of a clock signal, to widen a window and to facilitate detection, by making a modulated signal composed of a steep slanting part, a gentle slanting part and a flat part. CONSTITUTION:A saw-tooth wave generator 25 generates a saw-tooth wave according to a clock signal inputted via a clock signal input terminal 24. On the other hand, the outputs of a positive voltage source 28 and a negative voltage source 29, and the output of the generator 25 are applied to a switch 26, which selects one of them to send a signal with a modulated waveform from an output terminal 27. Then, a train of data to be transmitted is applied to a switch controller 30 through a data input terminal 31, and the switch 26 selects a prescribed signal through the operation of a switch controller 30 according to the data pattern of the data train. |
