<p>PURPOSE:To realize a mechanism with which an endless tape runs smoothly for a long period, by setting a fixed reel of the endless tape which is led out of the most inner circumference, on a substrate having a recording and reproducing mechanism and a guide roller. CONSTITUTION:An endless tape 11 is wound round a reel 12 having a roll-out port 14. The reel 12 is loaded and fixed to a substrate 13. The substrate 3 contains a recording/reproducing head 15, a capstan 16 and a pinch roller 17 at an inner circumference part of the reel 12. The head 15 is controlled for its shift to the width diretion of the tape 11 to produce plural tracks. At the same time, the substrate 13 possesses plural guide rollers 20a-20c, and the center shaft of the rollers is at on a radiant line extended from the center of the reel 12 to be driven rotatably or intermittently by a motor. The side face of the winding of the tape 11 is put on the inner circumference face of the roller 20. The tape 11 is wound round the most outer circumference through the part 14, the head 15, rotary mechanism parts 16 and 17, and a tape storing place 18 respectively. As a result, air layers are formed between tapes mutually and between the tape and the reel to ensure the smooth running of the tape.</p> |
