PURPOSE:To prevent a dust pollution and the damage to a road by providing air pressure bags outside a tube to form a tire into a double structure and feeding/discharging air pressure through a pipe groove to project out or retract spikes. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air in air storage bags 5 is discharged out of a tire through pipe groove 4 by means of stepping by foot or pressing by hand. Thereby, the air storage bags 5 are crushed by the weight of a vehicle body causing spike pins 6 to be projected out of the tread face of the tire 3 to effect the function of spikes. When the air storage bags 5 are fed with compressed air and expanded, the spike pins 6 are embedded into a tread to make the tire function as a normal tire. By this structure, pollution can be prevented.
