PURPOSE:To obtain a high-density optical recording medium which excels in both reliability and maintenance, by filling a transparent filler into small holes provided to a metallic film for reading information and completely preventing clogging of the small holes caused by dust, etc. CONSTITUTION:Small holes for reading information 6 are formed to a metallic film 5 of aluminum, etc. which is formed on a transparent substrate (such as glass plate, acrylic resin plate) 4. Then an optically transparent filler (such as aluminum oxide) 7 is filled into the holes 6. Thus an optical recording medium is obtained. |
