PURPOSE:To increase the processing speed by effectively using a multiport page memory which improves the I/O speed of a disk device. CONSTITUTION:Processors 2 for data processing and disk devices 9 in which the data base is stored are connected to one port through buffers. Consequently, I/O processing between all disk devices 9 and a multiport page memory 1 is performed through buffers if I/O processing of the disk device 9 is required, and processors 2 connected through buffers are used most effectively to perform parallel processings in case that data is completed in the multiport page memory 1 and the important point is transferred to processings of processors 2. In the other cases, partial ports are operated as I/O ports of disk devices 9 and another partial ports are operated as ports of processors 2. Thus, the quick processing is possible. |
