The manufacturing process of stabilized antibiotic formulations at pH 5.0-7.0 and pigment, was described. This was the nontoxic parenteral solns. of aminoglycoside antibiotics unsaturated 4' and 5' positions, and contained pyranose ring substituted 5' positions for amino akyl group, and added meta sod. sulfite & sod. sulfite esp. as antioxidants. The amount of antioxidants was dependent upon the original pH. The pH was adjusted 5.2 by added 0.1 N sod. chloride. The formulations had at least the life of thirty-six months at 30≦̸C.
