The hydraulic control system is primarily for use with an implement and towing vehicle combination. It incorporates a ram-operated weight transfer device. The system generates fluid pressure with the aid of a pump (1) and the supply of pressure fluid to the transfer device (8,9) via non-return means (10,11) is controlled by a spool valve (4).
