PURPOSE:To enable to obtain an optimum design with which the maximum stalling torque per motor physical constitution will be acquired by a method wherein the dividing ratio Lm/Lg of the thickness Lm of a permanent magnet and the length Lg of the void between the permanent magnet and a rotor yoke, is set at the range of approximately 2.4-3.5, making 2.95 as its center value. CONSTITUTION:The dividing ratio Pc=Lm/Lg of the thickness Lm of the permanent magnet 2 and the length Lg of the void in the rotor yoke 12 is set at a fixed value within the range of approximately 2.4-3.5, making 2.95 as its center value. When the thickness Lm of the permanent magnet 2 is determined in accordance with the above ratio, the void length Lg can be found as a matter of course and the thickness of the rotor coil can be found within the range of the void length. Also, the wire diameter of a segment coil of the rotor coil can be selected taking into consideration of the dividing ratio Pc and the number of winding of the rotor coil 3. Through these procedures, the optimum design with which the stalling torque will be made maximum, can be obtained. |
