PURPOSE:Not to contact the sample with the atmosphere, by forming a small room by pressing and fixing the sample replenishing part of the sample board to the window part of supporting board provided in the position opposite to X-ray transmitting film to each other. CONSTITUTION:A film 4 made of X-ray transmitting material is fixed along the circumference of a circular arc of a semicircular sideboard 6 of main body of X-ray diffraction sealing apparatus 7 and a small room is formed among the film 4, the sideboard 6 and a supporting board 8. A window part 3 is formed on the board 8 and a sample replenishing part of a sample board 1 is so adjusted to position to the part 3. The board 1 is pressed by a movable press board 10 by a screw 11 and enclosed room is formed between the board 1 and said small room. The sample easy to change in quality by the components in air is enclosed in the enclosed room by attaching the board 1 in the atmosphere of dried inert gas. Therefore, an accurate analysis is made possible. |
