PURPOSE:To avoid unnecessary usage request to a terminal device of common usage, by registering a terminal assignment request queue from a processor to a storage of a termial controller and adjusting the terminal assignment request with this queue. CONSTITUTION:In a terminal controller 3, a terminal assignment request queue registering the access from processors 1A-1C is formed and registered in a storage device 5. According to the content of this terminal assignment request queue, a terminal device 4 is used to a plurality of processors 1A-1C. That is, when an input and output request is made from the processor 1A, a transmission controller 2A transmits a terminal assignment message to the terminal controller 3. Then, the terminal controller 3 checks the terminal assignment queue in the storage device 5 and when the queue is vacant, the message of the completion of terminal assignment is transmitted to the transmission controller 2A to make the queue significant. When the queue is significant, the message is transmitted to the transmitted to the transmission controller 2A and the input and output request is kept waited during the expected waiting time. |
