PURPOSE:To disengage a lock bar and a rack from each other by turning a record detection lever to a position where the motion of the lock bar is not restricted when a record disk is loaded on a turntable. CONSTITUTION:When a record disk R loaded on a turntable 44 provided on a slide base 9 is turned, the record detection pin 40 of the table 44 lowered by the weight of the record disk R and the hook part 36a of a record detection lever 36 engage with each other to invert the lever 36 as shown by an arrow Y. Through the clockwise rotation of a rack driving gear 15, the base 9 moves from a record-disk replacement position to a play position and the end part 36d of the lever 36 and the notch part 42a of a guide cam 42 engages with each other to stop the base 9. At this time, the motion of a lock bar 41 is restricted by the lever 36, so the pin 41b of the lock bar 41 is pushed up the slanting part of the guide cam 42 by partial pressure from the bevel of the cam part 16a of a rack 16, thereby disengaging the rack 16 from the lock bar 41. |
