PURPOSE:To conduct multivalue control with high reliability and the less number of cable distribution by connecting a main controller with plural value controllers through an optical data highway transmission line connected like a loop by optical fiber cables. CONSTITUTION:A main controller 1 sends data required for value controllers 4-1, 4-2-4-n. A data station 2 conducts data transmission on an optical data highway transmission line 5 to convert data sent from the main controller 1 from an electric signal to an optical signal and transmit the converted signal through optical fibers. In addition, the data station 2 converts an electric signal transmitted through the optical fibers into an electric signal and conducts the fault monitoring and informing functions of the transmission line 5. Like the data station 2, connectors 3-1, 3-2- 3-n which intermediate between the value controllers 4-1-4-n and the main controller 1 have the function of light-electricity conversion, request data to the main controller 1 and send data to value controllers 4-1-4-n. |
