摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned die capable of molding a sheet in an equal thickness by a simple structure and operation by a method wherein in a die body a restrictor is removed, a manifold is formed on the side of a resin inlet and a pressure manifold is formed on the side of a die clip. CONSTITUTION:The restrictor 2 is arranged detachably on a coat hanger die body 1, the manifold 4 is provided from the restrictor 2 of the coat hanger die body 1 to the side of the resin inlet 3 and the pressure manifold 6 is formed on the die lip 5 side of the restrictor 2. The intended coat hanger die is obtained by fixing the restrictor 2 to the coat hanger die body 1 so that it can move and be adjusted to the side of the resin inlet 3 and the die lip 5.
