PURPOSE:To surely perform removal of sludge and impurities produced in machining liquid, extend a life of the machining liqud and improve workability of a device, by providing a dialyzing device, removing impurties of decomposition product of organic compound, in a machining liquid circulating device. CONSTITUTION:A dialyzing device 32 is formed by a dialyzer 34 and water tank 10 for storing wter 38 fed to the dialyzer 34 by a pressure pump 36. Machining liquid 10, containing sludge and impurities from a decomposition product of organic compound, is fed into a waste liquid tank 24. Heavy sludge is deposited in the tank 24, while light sludge is fed to a filter 14 by a pump 28 and removed. As a result, the liquid 10 containing the impurities is partially fed to a supply liquid tank 26 and the rest is fed into the tank 26 through the device 32. In the dialyzer 34 of the device 32, a dialyzer film 42, capable of removing only the impurities of low molecular weight material in the liquid 10, is interposed to collect the liquid by oppositely flowing the liquid 10 and the water 38. |
