PURPOSE:To prevent seizure or scratch at the sliding surface of fixing device and reduce damages such as pitching to be caused by being struck at the fixing surface. CONSTITUTION:Piston rod 18 is supported by lower cylinder 16, from upper end of the lower cylinder 16 to the lower end of the piston rod 18 taking the maximum value of arm for the force acting perpendicularly to the axle of the rod 18, and set pressure of every sliding surface of the lower cylinder 16 to the value to be fully reliable and durable. Also, for the upper cylinder 19, pressure of every sliding surfaces of the upper cylinder 19 can be made to the value fully reliable and durable, by making cylinder 32 of upper cylinder cover 21 and upper end portion of the piston rod 18 to slide each other. A throttling plug 40 is installed to the oil passage 36, to finish uprise of piston rod 18 before upper cylinder 19 falls down. |
