PURPOSE:To enable to analyze spectrometrically with rapidity and precision by switching a light of source which has passed through a sample to a light which has not passed through the sample by a chopper, then emitting the light into a spectrophotometer. CONSTITUTION:The light from a source light 1 is divided into 2; the one transmitts a sample 3 via a mirror 11a etc., and the other is an irradiating light which does not pass through the sample 3 via a mirror 11b etc. Both of these lights are switched by a chopper 12 and received by a detector 7a etc. through mirrors 5a-13, and an interference filter 6a etc. Thus a spectroanalysis is performed. Therefore, a calibration of the detected value for such as temperature is carried out by the irradiating light immediately before the measurement of the sample, measuring light of the sample as well as the irradiating light immediately after the measurement of the sample and so on without using a thermostat, and thus a spectroanalysis can be performed quickly and accurately. |
